2026 LA State Chess Championship
For the first time in 51 years the Louisiana State Championship will be held in SWLA. The venue will be located at The Henning Cultural Center in Sulphur, LA. This tournament will offer 7 rounds of classical chess over three or four days. All ages are welcome! The highest placing winner from Louisiana will be crowned the 2026 Louisiana State Champion. Out of state players are welcomed to play for the prize money.
